Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I lie down?

• Yes, on a treatment bed, exactly the same as a physio bed.

Is the treatment invasive?

• absolutely not, its non invasive with zero down time
• the only thing you may get is some redness and slight bruising from the cryo (freezing) but this will reduce & disappear within a few days of the treatment.

Will I need to take my clothes off?

• no, the treatment areas will only require you to wear lose clothing
• when we are performing treatments on the tummy for example, you will pull your sweater up to below your chest line and warm, soft towels will be placed over you whilst we work on one side of the tummy (as photo above)
•  if we are working on the thighs, lose shorts are ideal for this and the procedure will be the same as above with a warm towel covering the leg not having the treatment

I'm nervous, you are a man

• If you needed to see a PT, a physio or chiropractor, you may see a man as well
• in that scenario, you'd be more likely to be asked to remove some clothing so they could perform the therapy better
• we only expose the areas that require treatment, nothing else.  The specialist gels are applied by brush and the only thing you will feel against your skin are the various heads from the 3DLipo treatment machine
• if you wish to see only a woman, then I am afraid I cannot help you and I wish you every success in finding someone as experienced as I am; someone that will also talk about your nutrition, your fitness, your success and your goals as we perform the treatments.  I don't care what gender you are, all I care about is your success

Are there any medical exclusions

• There are a few and I would ask you to look at the medical exclusions  page

Who do you see?

• All genders, all ages, all shapes, all sizes
• I see people that want to lose some weight, lose body fat or get their physique 'cut'; post baby mums, middles aged dads, menopausal women, athletes, sports people, body builders - the list is endless

Are you Covid Secure?

• Yes, absolutely
• You will be asked the standard questions (do you feel well, have you been in contact with any person with suspected Covid in the last 72 hours), your temperature will be checked before you enter and you will wear a mask the entire time; as will I, along with gloves, clear glasses and an apron
• The room is thoroughly sanatised after every visit. I have OCD when it comes to cleaning!
